Minimum of four years of experience in one or more of the following primary areas at an acknowledged industry expert level:
A strong foundation in a number of Java-related technical software disciplines (including Web Services standards, Java Enterprise Edition, eXtensible Markup Language (XML) and related technologies (XQuery and XSLT), SOAP, WSDL and XACML), 2)
The ability to implement on numerous technologies including traditional high-level language coding (Java, C++, C#), business process modeling notation (BPMN), XML data transformations (XSLT), XML schema definition (XSD), interface definition (WSDL) and 3)
The interpersonal skills to mediate potential conflicting goals with respect to service implementation
